Stress testing module
Designed a real-time stress testing module for a commercial real estate lending platform, replacing a slow, manual process that gave risk teams limited visibility into risk drivers and led to frequent errors in regulatory reporting. I led planning and research, working with lenders and compliance stakeholders to define the core scenarios and data the module needed to support, and shaped the interaction model and key visualizations for interpreting risk at a glance. I led a mid-level designer on the project and worked as the primary point of contact with product managers and engineers on requirements and feasibility, within a tight three-month delivery window.
