Multi-portal e-commerce ecosystem

Working across an e-commerce ecosystem of a B2B professional portal, a B2B2C consumer portal, and a supporting back-office platform, each serving different users and workflows, with different design systems in places. My focus is feature and workflow design scoped each quarter, subscription management, payment failure handling, return and refund flows, and pricing display, validated with engineering before release. Alongside feature work, I audit and extend components and patterns across the legacy libraries and an in-progress unified design system, and proposed new system elements now approved, including a token-based color palette and a refined typography scale. I also introduced a design debt-tracking process, now in active use.
