Finance analytics mobile redesign
Redesigned mobile navigation and core workflows for an institutional finance platform delivering real-time market data, analytics, news, and collaboration across desktop, web, and mobile. Years of incremental feature growth had fragmented the mobile IA and interaction patterns, slowing high-frequency, data-dense tasks and making key tools harder to reach across roles. I led a mobile-first IA and navigation overhaul, mapped role-critical journeys, and validated alternative navigation models through prototyping and testing. In parallel, I refreshed end-to-end experiences across analytics, news, and collaboration (including real-time and edge states) and extended the Flutter component library with new patterns and behaviors. Throughout build, I partnered with engineering and the design systems team to align trade-offs, maintain cross-platform parity, and support a controlled pilot release with production design QA.
