EAM onboarding workflow
Designed and shipped a digital onboarding flow for a Swiss custodian bank, replacing a paper-based process used by External Asset Managers (EAMs) and Relationship Managers. The legacy journey lacked shared status visibility and drove rework through unclear requirements and repeated document requests. We introduced a structured, step-based workflow in the banker workspace with standardized templates, shared tracking, and guided review loops to reduce back-and-forth while meeting compliance expectations. Partnering closely with private banking and operations, I defined role-based workflows and success criteria, validated the solution with EAMs and bank staff, and supported delivery with detailed specs and design QA for a controlled production rollout and a roadmap toward future white-label deployments.
