Employee engagement mobile app
Shipped the employee-facing mobile app for a B2B engagement and wellness platform as a six-month MVP, while a parallel team built the HR and admin console. Research with HR managers and employees shaped a focused MVP scope and the core engagement loops (challenges, leaderboards, sharing) designed for repeat use in enterprise environments. Working with product and engineering, I aligned the mobile experience with operational requirements and rollout integrations (SSO, CRM, billing), then supported implementation through sprints with build-ready specs and design QA. In the pilot, HR managers and team leads consistently described the app as intuitive and motivating, and challenge participation grew over the first weeks.
